E-BIKE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Please Note when you rent you will have to sign a form agreeing with the following: You will not use the E-Bikes recklessly, You will not be under any substances or drunk while using the E-Bikes,. The E bikes can go up to 55kms with a full charge and up to 25kms/hour speed.

A copy of your id/driving license or passport is needed for the rental!
We are required to make a copy incase of theft!

An electric bike (further) referred to as E-bike) in Summer Quad Rentals & Tours may only be hired by a person over the age of 18 who is fully legal and competent. In other cases, the contract has to be concluded by a legal representative. The legal representative is also responsible for the implementation of the contract, as well as these rules by the person represented.
The lessor reserves the right not to enter into a contract with a person where is reasonable concern that the use of electric bikes may cause harm to them or third parties. These are mainly people under the influence of intoxicating or addictive substances.
